I believe that one of my greatest strengths as a trainer and coach is that I know what it is like to struggle with the weight and physical challenges that are the result of unhealthy life habits. Once upon a time I was roughly 300 pounds (seriously)! I know the resolve, the consistency and dedication needed to reach goals that seem almost impossible. So, I know how to motivate, inspire and help you get to where you want to go with your fit life. I can't promise you that you will love me every moment because being held accountable can be frustrating and forces you out of the comfort zone (the very one that you are not happy with). Trust me to guide you on your fitness journey and to constantly ask you "How Bad Do You Want It?!"
